About Dr. Johnson

Dr Johnson passed membership examinations of Royal College, UK (MRCOG) and Ireland (MRCPI) in 2000, and currently a senior fellow in the college (FRCOG). He migrated to Australia in 2008 and obtained the Fellowship (FRANZCOG) of the Australian College.

He graduated from Kerala University, India in 1989 and completed post-graduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, obtaining MD degree and DGO by 1993. His O & G training was in SAT Hospital in Trivandrum, one of the premier hospitals in India, with 14000 deliveries a year and equal gynaecological workload

Dr Johnson moved to UK in 1997, for further training. Whilst in the UK, he obtained the following additional qualifications:

• A certified Colposcopist, obtaining his British Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology accreditation.
• Special skill module on Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery from the Royal college of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists.
• UK Higher Specialist post-graduate training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in 2006, obtaining the Certificate of Completed Specialist Training (CCT), from Yorkshire Deanery, University of Leeds.
